the world of professional cycling, few athletes can succeed without
a coach. Sean Dwight has been involved in BMX racing and other
forms of cycling for 20 years, and has been coaching some of the
world's best riders for over 5 years. When Sean decided to offer
his coaching talents to the world full-time, he employed Art and
Colour to design a simple site that would explain his core coaching
philosophies without giving away his specific scientific methods.
After marketing the site with other major cycling-related sites,
Sean was inundated with requests for his services, and has become
one of the worlds best known coaches.
